Fardin visit to Dortmund..

It is always good if someone visit us. Fardin did this time. I should appreciate his visit.

So obviously first should be visiting our lab.

WIth our "Lab Super Manager Robert" ...
And we had lunch with my lab friends here. This is "Mensa" (university canteen).. Looks pretty!

Sudhir had a interesting food!.. Lot of colorful chillies in two bowls..

After lunch we played table fussball for two rounds..

I planned to take Fardin to the city centre from the university. But, it started raining and I didn´t have the umbrella. So we supposed to come home back. Suddenly it rained more. So we waited..

Here I look like a beggar ..

but certainly not in this!! (One day I would own some car like this!!) do you believe it????

Then we went to the city centre with umbrella.. But unfortunately, Fardin didn´t bring any jacket (Ha ha ha).. So it was not a good idea to roam around. That is why we went to electronic shop to warm up..

There we had some fun with free massaging chair. It was quite hurting..

after warming up, we walked a little more..
and finally the "Rathaus" city hall from Dortmund..

So Fardin visit finished.. I felt quite bad that I could not take him to visit some places I planned.. Okay.. May be some other time!!

Whenever I walk in these streets I feel that I am in my dream... I really enjoy this!

Bonn and schloss Drachenburg..

I went for one day trip to Bonn.. Since, I had a student ticket in 2008, almost I covered NRW region.. But I never had a chance to visit one of the well known cities, Bonn (Formal capital of west Germany) .. But today I though I should go... So I did...

Here is the cathedral ..

University of Bonn... Huge! Looks nice!

From Bonn I went to visit one castle. On the way I found one nice woman helping me a lot .. She spoke good english and we had good talk..Interesting thing she said to me was I look more like a European .. Ha ha ha.. Sounds nice! She didn't say just like that.. She used to visit India every year. So I was really happy about her opinion.. So obviously, I wanted to remember her .. took picture...

And the Castle Drachenburg...I liked it..
