Picnic On National Holiday - October 5th

This is the other unforgettable date (October 5th) in my life.. This is the day which I landed Portugal first time.

When Simona asked about this picnic (in Porto) on this day I just said yes.. And I wished to travel with my friends... As per my wish we could all go together and spend good time together. Here I miss Julce.. (She is now travelling with her son and daughter in law visited from Brazil).

I guess you know all my friends.. No need for introduction expect Izabel (Brazilian).

In Our picnic, first spot is Sealife: While waiting for the other people, We went to visit the Castle nearby.

Could you find the world's poisonous fish in this photo??? This is called "Stone Fish"..
This was good feeling to be with fishes..

After finishing the sea life, we got in to the bus .. Where our organiser (Rui) and Simona distributed the t-shirt and cap for the kids printed with their names..

And we had our good lunch in the botanical park... This is our second spot...
We felt bit selfish to see these beautiful birds in the cage..


And we all went to the Zoo.....

I was so happy to see the penguins ...
This reminds me the adamance.. We have a proverb in Tamil (Standing in one leg like this to receive something)..

When Vaibhave and Nasim went to see the insects (which I am so sacred of and just one small worm is enough even to kill me.. How easy???? Never try!), I spent sitting here watching these ducks.. ..

Good Luck for the Great success!!! - Enthiran movie Release!!!

After a long awaiting it is going to release my favorite star movie tomorrow.. I am so excited as a Rajni Kanth big fan.. And very interestingly he is acting with my favorite actress Aishwarya Rai ( I was expecting this combination for a while)..

Enthiran is a forthcoming Tamil science fiction film co-written and directed by S. Shankar. The film features Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai in the lead roles with A. R. Rahman working on background score and soundtrack. It is also slated to make the largest worldwide opening for an Indian film, upon release.

When I was looking for the theaters near by, I found this interesting news.. Colosseum (Oslo, Norway) is Europe’s biggest screen with a seating capacity of 975 seats. Endhiran will be the first Indian movie to be screened at the venue in the last 10 years.

You have no clue how much I miss this to see in my city.. I am happy that at least my friends and family are going to enjoy it the same way I wanted..

I bet for a 1,000-day run! (So I have lot of chances to watch it many times in different theaters) At this time I miss Daisy a lot.. We used to go as many time as possible to watch his movie... We easily correct people to get tickets even at the last minute (She always pay).. I can't forget those funny timings.. We were really good ..

Having best company of Bike Expert!

You could easily guess who is the bike expert from our group... Sim.. I got a great company of Simona with a big surprise..

The big surprise is that she bought a new bike for us (I mean for Me and Nasim).. Ha ha ha..
Now we own our bike too.. No need for renting.. We were so thankful for her.. It is always good to have some friend like this.. We are so lucky right???

Okay.. here we go.. Me and Simona with our bikes while crossing the river..

we went to see the sunset again.. This was the place we selected , called Miramar, Senhora da Pedra..

we could not leave the place .. But we had to.. Since we need to catch the boat to across the river.. So we tried hard to get back ..We were bit afraid but finalmente, we were able to catch it..

Me and "MY BIKE" ( I can say that).. Look how happy I am..Then comes interesting pictures..

we saw the Portuguese flag in the boat ..It looked great and We decided to take picture with that.. first my turn..

then came Simona's Turn.. while taking this pictures she shouted and asked me to stop.. I didn't understand at the time why/ what was she saying because it was so dark to notice..

Only at the morning I came to know when I was looking back those photos.. Here goes the reason.. When she tried to hold the flag it came out .. So she was so afraid to lose the flag in the river..

Then she started praying..
and she kept so quite..

Fortunately I had these pictures to understand what was happening.. I enjoyed so much watching these pictures..

when I shared these pictures with her I said she should attach these photos to Portuguese Embassy .. So that she could easily get her citizenship without any doubt.. ..
