"Winterleuchten"- winterlights at Dortmund park!

I guess this was my last activity I was doing this year.

As a good start I got an invitation from Sudhir for tea. (Actually I asked for it , as a matter of fact many times). Finally I was happy that he agreed. So, I was there to his home. Surprisingly he even prepared snack for me.. I was feeling good. I can´t explain this feeling, if you know him then you understand what I mean.

okay here you go. He was so serious in preparation.

It looks good. Right??? tasted delicious too. Beleive me, we (I) finished all of it with tea. He even taught me how to eat this food with tea.

So..I had plan to visit the park to see the winterlights after tea. When I was saying this to him, more surprisingly he wished to join with me. That made me again happy.

He calls me always "Akka" (those who don't know: means big sister) sometime he had to show this. right???

Okay. we were there to the park. at the starting point we found lot of alphabets. I was looking for "S" . then we found this and looks even better. "SS" alias Sudhirkumar Shinde.

I had good challenge to take a photos in Dark, Drizzle, Fog also I have to capture light settings and Sudhir.

so you could easily understand how much fun I should have had!

this is one of my favorite pictures.. it was so cute horses. simple idea but looked excellent!

here it is missing cowboy hat for Sudhir.

there was no leaves in any of those trees. But still with the light arrangement it looked great.

this was my other favorite. very interesting!

Good Feeling of Christmas!

With this good feeling I would like to wish a Super Star "Rajnikanth" (my favorite actor) very happy birthday!

Delighted to be an French Guest!

It should be easy for you to guess who was our host. Oui! It is Eric.

I, Sudhir and Mahadev decided to go together. As soon as we arrived, Eric was asking about Deepak. We didn't know that he was also invited. Eric reply was "Why not" and the it is the dinner for all indians.

Also he said we are "Bad Indians" because we missed Deepak. After that every one of us was finding our own way to catch him. we finally did. So our dinner started like this.

Honest opinion, when Eric said he is going to prepare pancake we were not so impressed. For me, I could only picture pan cake in one way. . poor knowledge!

we even decided to order Pizza .. "we are bad Indians of course".

so then we had a food and drink surprises.. we were welcomed first with the juice. I was about to ask him where did he buy that. then we found that it was home made. Really .. that tasted so good.

Do not be surprised to see the photos in kitchen. Because it was the highlight. we were all eating and drinking all the time.

Since, we forgot Deepak, I apologize and to cover that I start this post with him..

then comes our host.. Eric was so focused .. that was good for us! He is really a great cook. Sudhir was learning at the same time helping..

waiting for our "Galette" (pan cake- french one)..
I was allowed just to pretend...

then we were served with good french drink...

hmm.. it tasted so good too..

Already Mahadev is started with Galette.. I prefer this name instead of pan cake....

this was my "Galette".. It was so delicious ..
then we were getting ready for second round.. taking some break.. we needed lot of that..

then goes the dessert..

"Crepes" with ice cream.. hmm.....

I could not try this combination (Banana and raisin) . Since I was really full ..

He was so professional.. we were making fun that we should have visited Eric home first so that we could improve ourself when we invited him.. that is too late already..

Hmmm.. I really wanted to try.. may be next time..

after Galette's and crepe's we didnt stop eating and drinking.. it continued over midnight..

then some entertainment part..

Mahadev was clearing his questions about aquarium with Eric..he seems to be an expert in that too..

We were lucky enough to eat a french food from a french guy.. He spent so much time for preparing it.. He did the best and so perfect.. we already learnt few tips from him..

at least i talk less with you about food preparation Eric..

Sun Wei's send off party!

It is always difficult to give a send off for a person who you like a lot!..

But we have to accept the fact that "changes are permanent"!!

Sun wei is the one of the persons who has lot of respect.

in between they had challenge to remove a cork of the drink bottle with the available tools in the lab.. clue for you if you ever have to do..
they did successfully open it!! hats off guys!!
